    HOST : Greet customers as soon as they walk through the door, provide patrons with accurate wait time estimates during busy periods, maintain a neat, organized front-of-house environment, seat guests and take initial drink orders as needed to ensure ideal speed of service Assist with opening/closing tasks and side work as needed Learn food and beverage menu Rotate seating between different stations to ensure even workloads for waitstaff, answer phones and schedule reservations with large parties

    SERVER : Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience. Customer-oriented approach and patience. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Hands on experience in cashier duties. Excellent people skills. Responsible and trustworthy. Attention to cleanliness and safety. Duties include but are not limited to: learning menu, taking food & beverage orders, taking orders for customers, serving customers, cleaning, side work. You must complete training before you can become a server.You must speak and read English on an advanced level. Please be aware that you will be working in a fine dinning restaurant and you must be very well mannered and polite. Please do some research on Olive Garden before your interview and especially before coming to work for this employer. Restaurant servers ensure that patrons have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality customer service. Servers work in the front of the business taking orders, serving food and drinks, and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner

    COOK: all assigned prep work and sets up cook’s station. Maintains product presentations, product quality, and cook and prep time standards. Prepares all menu items according to Mac’s Recipes, Plate Presentations and specifications. Adhere to company standards in regards to general restaurant cleanliness, sanitation and safety procedures.Washing the dishes. Completes ALL the duties assigned by the manager/supervisor.Positions can be switched depending on business needs and students skills. or Working at the cash register , bussing the tables, cleaning the restaurant. Rinse dishes, load/unload dishwashing machines, hand wash, load freezers, help team members, cook, clean with CHEMICALS lifting up to 50 lbs, physical strength. frequent bending, a lot of walking.
