Job description: This is a great entry-level position to gain restaurant experience. This is a fast-paced position, where you will earn good tips if you work hard, have a positive attitude, and are a team
player. You will be responsible for clearing guest tables and re-setting them. You will also be support for the wait staff. Additional tasks may be assigned by your manager. Job Requirements: Must be 21 years or older to apply. Some experience in positions involving customer service or food and beverage service is preferred. Must be able to lift 50lbs and
stand on your feet for the duration of your shift. This is a multi-floor establishment and you will be required to climb stairs.

Job description: Line Cooks are responsible for preparation, assembly, and final presentation of ingredients according to the 49th State Brewing Company’s recipes and specifications and ensuring the quality of cooked/prepared food by testing them. These individuals will utilize a large range of kitchen skills, including slicing, grinding, frying, and baking during food service. Line cooks are also responsible for the detection and disposal of unattractive and spoiled foods. They will promote a safety culture in all areas in the workplace, including food safety, customer safety, and the safety of team members.

Dishwasher, Steward (Anchorage, AK)

Job prerequisites: Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift 50lbs.

Job description: As Dishwasher, you are responsible for unloading the dishes and cutlery brought to them by bussers and loading them into dish trays. The trays are then placed into the commercial washers and are cleaned automatically. The commercial dishwashing machines do not
accommodate larger pots and pans, so you will be required to wash things by hand, the old fashioned way. Dishwashers are responsible for maintaining their workspace and keeping sanitary conditions at all times. This is a hard, physically demanding job. You will also be responsible for sweeping, cleaning, and trash removal. Must clean grease traps. Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift 50lbs.

Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift 50lbs. Must have previous experience in the kitchen or a keen interest in culinary arts. No limitations or food allergies. Must be ok with working with pork. Must be able to read recipes, communicate clearly, and understand measurements.

Job description: Responsibilities include preparing cold foods, slicing vegetables, meats, preparing menu items in accordance to recipes, and many other tasks designated by the Kitchen Manager. Prep cooks are responsible to maintain the area they work in and must adhere to the cleanliness and sanitation policies in place. Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift 50lbs. Must have previous experience in the kitchen or a keen interest in culinary arts. Ability to communicate clearly, verbally, and written. Some experience in positions involving food preparation is normally preferred for this job or interest in working in a kitchen.

Dishwasher & Front House Utility (Healy, AK)

Job prerequisites:
1.Must be able to lift 50lbs/23kg and stand for up to 8 hours; no physical limitations.
2. Must not have sensitivities to cleaning chemicals (dish sanitizer).
3. Must commit to the end date.
4. Housing is VERY basic with minimal accommodations.

Job description:
Your primary role is dishwasher; however, based on your performance you will be able to work as a Front of House Utility (busser/food runner/expo) for 1-2 shifts a week which will give you an opportunity to earn tips. Duties include but are not limited to; washing pots & pans by hand in very hot water & use the dishwasher for glasses, dishes & cutlery and then stack clean items in the appropriate area. The kitchen needs to be sanitary, tidy & clean at all times. Responsible for removing trash, cleaning grease traps, & mopping the kitchen area. Your hands will be exposed to sanitizer. Very hard physical work; must be able to lift 50lbs/23kg.
