Busser/Food Runner (Must be 21yrs or older.): This is a great entry-level position to gain restaurant experience. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position where you will earn good tips if you work hard, have a positive attitude, and are a team player. Must be able to climb stairs repeatedly to serve and clear tables on upper levels of restaurant. Running food from the kitchen to the tables. Ability to clearly read food tickets to ensure the right plate is going to the right table. You may also be support for the wait staff. It’s important to stay flexible and open-minded. You will also be support for the wait staff. There are times when your position will change from food runner to busser, depending on the needs of the establishment. If you step in as busser, you will be responsible for clearing guest tables and re-setting them keeping a pace with the flow and needs of the restaurant. Pre-bussing empty plates and glasses from tables, maintaining a clean environment within the restaurant. Additional tasks may be assigned by your manager. No eating allowed while working, limited breaks depending on the needs of the restaurant.
Must commit to end of contract date.
Job Requirements: Must be 21 years or older to apply. Some experience in positions involving customer service or food and beverage service is preferred. Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand on your feet for the duration of your shift. This is a multi-floor establishment and you will be required to climb stairs. This is a physically demanding position. This is a fast -paced position and you will earn good tips if you like to hustle.

Line Cook: Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift 50lbs. Must have previous experience in the kitchen or a keen interest in culinary arts. No limitations or food allergies. Must be ok with working with pork. Must commit to end of contract date. Must be able to read recipes, communicate clearly and understand measurements. A Teams interview with the host employer is required for this position. This is an advanced level, fast-paced position. Previous kitchen experience required. Line Cooks are responsible for preparation, assembly, and final presentation of ingredients according to the 49th State Brewing Company’s recipes and specifications and ensuring the quality of cooked/prepared food by testing them. These individuals will utilize a large range of kitchen skills, including slicing, grinding, frying, and baking during food service. Line cooks are also responsible for the detection and disposal of unattractive and spoiled foods. They will promote safety culture in all areas in the workplace, including food safety, customer safety, and the safety of team members. Must commit to end of contract date.
