Detail

Server :

Must be 21yrs or older. Some experience in positions involving customer service or food and beverage service is preferred. Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand on your feet for the duration of your shift. This is a multi-floor establishment and you will be required to climb stairs, carrying dishes, repeatedly. This is a physically demanding position. Proficient English speaking and comprehension skills are required. Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays is a must.

Server: Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking drink and food orders, serving food and drinks correctly and in a timely manner, assisting with clearing tables and cleaning duties. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position where you will earn good tips if you work hard, have a positive attitude, and are a team player. Additional tasks may be assigned by your manager.

No eating allowed while working, limited breaks depending on the needs of the restaurant. Must commit to end of contract date. This is a fast-paced position and you will earn good tips if you like to hustle.


Prep Cook : Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift 50lbs. Must have previous experience in the kitchen or a keen interest in culinary arts. No limitations or food allergies. Must be ok with working with pork. Must be able to read recipes, communicate clearly and understand measurements.

Job description : Responsibilities include preparing cold foods, slicing vegetables, meats, preparing menu items in accordance to recipes, and many other tasks designated by the Kitchen Manager. Prep cooks are responsible to maintain the area they work in and must adhere to the cleanliness and sanitation policies in place. Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift 50lbs. Must have previous experience in the kitchen or a keen interest in culinary arts. Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and written. Some experience in positions involving food preparation is normally preferred for this job or interest in working in a kitchen.


Line Cook: This is an advanced level, fast-paced position. Previous kitchen experience required. Line Cooks are responsible for preparation, assembly, and final presentation of ingredients according to the 49th State Brewing Company’s recipes and specifications and ensuring the quality of cooked/prepared food by testing them. These individuals will utilize a large range of kitchen skills, including slicing, grinding, frying, and baking during food service. Line cooks are also responsible for the detection and disposal of unattractive and spoiled foods. They will promote safety culture in all areas in the workplace, including food safety, customer safety, and the safety of team members. Must commit to end of contract date.


Gift Shop: The Gift Shop position is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day operations of the retail shop, stocking inventory, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and assisting guests.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Greet guests entering the gift shop/Liquor shop
  • Assist guests with choosing items and finding sizes
  • Prevent loss by theft or breakage
  • Maintain organized and presentable displays
  • Prepare orders to be shipped through the mail
  • Handle cash and credit cards to process payments and returns
  • Assist in performing weekly inventories
  • Coordinate with Assistant Restaurant Manager to improve product offering based on guest feedback
  • Ensure guest satisfaction in all aspects of the Gift Shop
  • Assist in Brewery tours
  • Employer may change position based on skill level, need of the restaurant, or to accommodate hours.
  • Every employee assists, at times, with dishwasher shifts. It is important to be flexible.
