Food Runner
– Delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately. Acting as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff. Communicating food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities

– Clean tables, taking plates, utensils and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed, make sure diners’ water glasses are full, and reset tables for the next service. Bussers might help waiters and waitresses bring food out to a table, restock utensils, napkins and other dining room needs.

Cashier & Sales Associate Team Member

Provide exceptional guest service with that wow factor.  Must be knowledgeable of all activities and able to assist guest in selecting the most appropriate items, Must have clear diction and pronunciation with strong verbal communication skills.  Will assist guests in selection of food or drinks using the Point of Sales computerized system to record transactions. Ability to work with guests and be responsive to their inquiries about Anakeesta and other local venues to make their experience exceptional. After handling financial transactions provide receipts to guests with a sincere thank you. Ability to recognize if guests are not pleased with the product and inform their manager to resolve any situation to the guest’s satisfaction. Other duties as assigned. 

Line Cook

Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment according to restaurants standardized recipes. Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served. Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures. Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period. Portion’s food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications. Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range, and refrigeration equipment. Prepares item for broiling, grilling, frying, sautéing or other cooking methods by portioning, battering, breading, seasoning and / or marinating. Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes. Handles, stores, and rotates all products properly. Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
