Job Description

Park attendants : This position will require participants to help out in concessions and the snack bar, where they will be dealing directly with guests and operating the cash register. Participants must have excellent English for this job.
Participants in this position will also need to assist with setting up and running activities for the guests. Participants are expected to interact with customers and answer questions as needed. Participants will also need to help with front desk duties as needed. This involves checking guests in, monitoring incoming guest traffic, registration, rentals, etc.

Ride operators : Job Duties & Responsibilities
– Test equipment daily before opening the ride.
– Enforce ride restrictions and recommendations to ensure safe operation.
– Inform guests about the ride and its safety procedures.
– Assist guests, as trained, with boarding and exiting the ride, particularly with small children or guests with a disability.
– Check safety restraints and ensure they are correctly secured before ride is in motion.
– Maintain cleanliness of the ride and work areas.
– Provide excellent customer service to customers and coworkers.
– Perform other duties as assigned.
– Follow all company policies and procedures.
