Job Description

Dishwasher/Busser/Prep Cook : Responsible for washing dishes, clean tables, stocking silverware and keeping the whole kitchen and restaurant clean. Maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine. Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles. Clean, stock, and restock workstations. Assists wait staff. Be prepared to work in a high pace environment and hot environment. Stand and walk for long periods of time

Baker/Prep Cook : Good English. Must be able to read English and understand specific instructions. Baking buns, pies, preparing donuts, pastries, baking bread. Need to be ready to perform Dishwasher/Busser job as well. Be prepared to work in a high pace environment and hot environment. Stand and walk for long periods of time
