Participants must appreciate hard work; enjoy working with and for others; take pride in a job well done; and be committed to providing first-class service to guests.

The work is highly customer oriented. Employees must be willing to do various cleaning jobs and must be willing to work on their feet all day.

This is a very fast paced job and participants need to be able to answer questions quickly and learn the different types of ice cream desserts.

We rely on teamwork, and clear communication, so it’s extremely important that you are able to work well with others.

You must arrive by the date agreed upon at the interview, and listed on your work offer,  and are expected to work until the last day listed on your work offer.

You will be expected to arrive to work on time, every day, and dressed in proper uniform.

Bandanas Mexican Grille has high standards of cleanliness and guest service. You will be expected to make sure you perform your job responsibilities as taught in training and according to company standards.

SECOND JOBS: It is possible for participants to obtain a second job, but the second job must not interfere with the schedule for your job at Bandanas Mexican Grille. Intrax participants are not permitted to begin working at a second job without obtaining approval of the job from Intrax.

Night Dishwasher/Busser

Duties include but are not limited to washing dishes, clearing tables, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning floors, putting away dishes, keeping dining room and kitchen clean as well as closing clean up and side work at the end of the night. Must be able to carry upwards of 50 lbs.

This position will be expected to perform cleaning and stocking duties, other side work throughout the shift, as well as each night after closing.

Food Runner

Food Runners will assist the servers, deliver food, deliver drinks, bus tables, and may be asked to handle money to check out the customer. Advanced English and excellent communication skills are required. This is a very fast paced job and servers need to be able to answer questions quickly and learn the different types of ice cream desserts as well as have a full and comprehensive understanding of the menu which will be taught in a manual provided as well as in training sessions.
