$475/Month/Person (*Rates are subject to change)

– Located in dorm or hotel style. 2 students in each bedroom. All linens, furniture, dishware are included. Individual climate control in rooms.
Housing Deposit Required
$200 ($150 Refundable)

A housing deposit of $200 plus first month’s rent is due upon arrival. You will not be
able to move in without it. Total due on arrival = $675.00
Transportation to work
You will be able to walk/bike to work each day.

Company and Location

Company – Resort featuring an indoor waterpark, restaurants, zip lines, outdoor pools and swim up bar.
Community – West Lake Okoboji is one of only three blue water lakes in the world, spring fed and 136 feet deep. Small lake community offering various water sports and free outdoor concerts.
Location – Along the Iowa great Lakes in the far Northwest corner of Iowa.

Job Description

Room Attendance : Strip rooms of dirty laundry, make guest beds, dust furniture, vacuum, clean and sanitize guest and public bathrooms, clean kitchens and other miscellaneous cleaning duties.

Lifeguard : Supervise guests in pool and on pool playground equipment indoor and outdoor. Implement rules for the waterpark. Clean common areas such as bathrooms, tables and take out garbage. Ability to pass shallow lifeguard certification. Must be able to swim.

Employment Conditions

Uniform – bring khaki/tan or black pants/shorts
bring closed toe shoes(tennis shoes); shirt provided
Grooming – Must be presentable and clean.
