Cook: Short Order Cook and/or Star Beach Bar cook position. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Taking customer orders and preparing food to their specifications; Grilling, cooking, and frying foods; Planning and managing work orders to ensure all items of an order are finished and served at the same time; Grilling and garnishing hamburgers and other meats. All duties assigned by the manager.

Dishwasher: Washes all soiled glassware, silverware, plates, food trays, cleans the floors and the walls, empties the trash. May also perform bussing tables or counter help when needed. All duties assigned by the manager

Prep Cook: Assist in daily kitchen tasks: making and breading foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner service, slicing meets, cheeses, veggies, washing dishes, preparing and putting the deliveries away, etc. All students need to perform daily cleaning duties. All duties assigned by the manager.

Line Cook: Daily preparation of food items; Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines; Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner; Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant; Restocks all items as needed throughout shift; Maintains cooking station clean at all times; MUST have some kitchen experience.
