Job Description

Key job duties include operating the grill and assembling sandwiches and frying french- fries in deep fryers. The kitchen crew must maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the cleanliness of workstations, grills, and cooking utensils. You must be fast and can handle multiple orders at the same time. You will also be responsible for helping keep the dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc washed and dried. Must be able to read instructions for preparing food and how to open, set up the kitchen, and close it down at night. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management staff or shift leaders. Must be in good health. Able to lift up to 40 lbs 18 kg), follow directions, and interact with customers in a friendly manner. Must have the ability to stand for an extended period in high-heat conditions in the kitchen. Additional tasks as requested by management. You will greet customers as they arrive. You will take orders, using a computer and cash register. You will make ice cream treats and deliver drinks and food to customers. You will keep the dining area clean, remove the trash, sweep and or mop the floor as needed, restock counter items, empty the trash containers, keep the work counters clean and sanitary, and clean the bathrooms. Customer service associates are expected to execute all customer service operations, ensuring all prepared products meet the restaurant standards of quality and excellence. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management staff or shift leader.
