Housekeeper at Natura Resort

Position Description: A food runner, also known as a server assistant, helps waitstaff and bartenders by delivering food and drinks to customers and performing other tasks:

• Maintain cleanliness: Keep the expo line clean and organized, and adhere to sanitation standards
• Monitor portion control: Ensure finished dishes adhere to restaurant standards
• Recommend food: Make food and drink recommendations based on customers’ preferences
• Deliver food: Run food orders from the kitchen to tables quickly and accurately
• Set tables: Help set tables with napkins, glasses, utensils, and tableware

Land of Natura

• Must be able to swim.  Must be able and comfortable to swim and go into the water everyday at work.
  Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
• Welcome Guests to the Lagoon area and consistently offer professional, friendly, engaging service
• Verify every Guest is a registered resort guest
• Observe and patrol the Lagoon – making a full circuit every 30 minutes
• Maintain the Pavilion and Lagoon areas in an orderly and clean manner
• Rake sand to create a more even surface
•  Sweep sand off pavilion floor
