Housing InformationHousing is on property dorm style housing with 88 rooms and 160 tenants. Bedding and towels are supplied, kitchen amenities are available in the employee dining room. Internet and laundry facilities are included in the prices of room and board.
Housing is within walking distance but a shuttle is also provided. Denali is very limited for housing so this housing is highly recommended.

- Beautiful Denali National Park, surrounded by mountains, rivers, wildlife and picturesque scenery.
- Average Temperature: varies greatly. It can drop below freezing in May and September, and get as high as 90 degrees in the summer months. Average temperatures are in the 60’s.
- Altitude: 1700 feet, but much of Alaska is close to sea level.
- Nearest Major Cities: Fairbanks is 2 hours away; Anchorage is 5 hours away by vehicle.
- Things to do: Hiking, camping, fishing, dog kennel tours, flight seeing.
- What to wear: bring uniform, dress in layers, rain coat. Denali National Park is very remote. Please plan accordingly.

Company Policies:
You must have your Social Security Card or proof of application prior to arriving to Denali National Park. Employee will not be legal to work without this.
Skills Required:
Ability to stand 8 hours. Requires bending, lifting and stair climbing. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Must have a flexible schedule.
Grooming:
Employee must have a clean and neat appearance as outlined in the employee handbook. Bring black non-slip shoes. Shirt, pants and name tag will be provided.
