Job Description
Cashier : Greets the Guest with a friendly, welcoming appropriate greeting. Ensures that all entrée items (sandwiches, salads, wraps and soup), are entered into the POS. Ensure that all modifications are entered as the order is rung in, up-sell sides, desserts and drinks.
Host/Hostess : is responsible for greeting all guest with a warm welcome and a smile. You manage the seating process of the restaurant, inform guests of wait times and communicate highlights of our signature restaurant.
Food Runner : The Food Runner is primarily responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately.
Prep Cook : Prep cooks work for food establishments under the supervision of the head chef. Their duties revolve around assisting the head chef in preparing food by chopping and washing vegetables and meats and arranging salads, breads, sauces and dressings. Upon completion of culinary school, prep cooks can become junior chefs in the kitchen.
Line Cook : Line cooks work for food establishments under the supervision of the head chef. Their duties revolve around assisting the head chef in preparing food by chopping and washing vegetables and meats and arranging salads, breads, sauces and dressings. Upon completion of culinary school, prep cooks can become junior chefs in the kitchen.
