Housing Information
$125 per week per person (*Rates are subject to change)
Housing Deposit Required
$300 housing deposit upon arrival, $100 refundable. 2 bedroom apartments, each room with bunk beds, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living
room and dining room. Common laundry in each building. Wi-fi available.
Transportation to work
Trolley stop or public transport in front of the building.

Participate in all activities, including food preparation, merchandise handling, dishwashing, and
cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Check in with the Sous Chef and head cook for daily goals.
• Check the specials of the day and the methods of preparation and presentation.
• Ensures that all dishes are prepared and presented according to the standard recipes
and presentations established by the Sous Chef.
• Clean and organize your workstation.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary culinary environment in accordance with all local and
federal health codes.
• Performs cooking line and banquet functions as directed by the Sous Chef, including
sautéing, producing, preparing dishes, and grilling.
• Ensures that the assigned workstation has the proper level of stock and supplies in
accordance with the daily menus and banquets.
• Check product / supply levels and adjust to daily needs and report any shortages.
• Participate in daily lineups


Properly clean and stock all assigned rooms and other areas as designed. Assist with
preparation for daily work assignments and team success.
• Pick up extra room and cleaning supplies from the housekeeping department.
• Clean and properly store allotted quota of rooms daily in accordance with regulations.
• Maintains a neat and clean area at all times.
• Replace in-room amenities as needed.
• Report all maintenance problems to supervisor / facilities.
• Help with the storage and cleaning of all household chores.
• Help with making linen bags for daily shifts.
• Stock zone for the next day.
• Check the vacuum bags twice a day, emptying them if they are full.
• Offer assistance to guests in a friendly, genuine and courteous manner.
• Keeps records of completed work.
• Report and deliver lost and found items to the cleanup office.
• Help maintain the cleanliness of the resort rooms, public areas and back areas of the

Complete deep cleaning of guest rooms as assigned.
