Job description:
Restaurant Worker position requires flexibility; you will be moved around into various areas within the restaurant. Duties include but are not limited to: learning menu, preparing food
(cutting veggies, cooking/preparing pizzas, sandwiches, other menu items), washing dishes, fryer station, cleaning, monitoring the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables, cleaning tables, seating customers, answering the phone, bringing glass rack and bus pans to the kitchen to be cleaned, taking out trash, stocking tables, ensuring bathrooms are cleaned and stocked, and other requests from management. Must be ready for standing for long shifts.
Job prerequisites:
1. Must have Upper-Intermediate English for back-of-the-house positions, Advanced for all front-of-the-house positions.
2. Ability to stand for entire shift.
3. Good health and ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
4. Attention to detail for both back and front of the house duties.
5. Flexibility and understanding that the Host Company will decide which position/station you will work based on your abilities and business needs.
6. Works well in fast paced environment.
7. Ability to “keep busy” when times of the day are slow (maintain stations, side work, etc)
8. Eager to provide exceptions customer service!
9. No allergies/restrictions to food/chemicals
