job descriptions

  • Making the fudge in a complete and specific manner
  • Following recipes of the fudge varieties
  • Deciding which varieties of fudge to make for that day
  • Understanding of how to sell fudge in a correct manner
  • Paying specific attention to detail in regards to the fudge softness/hardness that results from extra or a lack of water
  • Explaining to customers the potential allergen contaminants
  • Maintaining cleanliness throughout the fudge making process as well as at the completion of the process
