Job title : Chocolateer

Job prerequisites : Advanced English. MUST be friendly, have excellent customer service skills. You only have 48 hours to get a mandatory drug test.

Job description : Must be able to perform all duties, including standing for 8 hours; the Host will assign a position based on need. Scoop ice cream, prepare food and drinks, clean, take out trash several times daily, mop floor, bus tables, pre-pack chocolate, stock merchandise, lift heavy cases 10-20 lbs, unload trucks 3 times a week. Have a strong knowledge of chocolate merchandise, wear the “Sundae Suit”. Knowledge/handling of US Currency.

Drug test comments : You are required to take a drug test 48hrs after arrival. The sooner you take the test, the faster the results come back, the quicker you are able to start work.

Conditions of training : Training at your assigned store is paid at the hourly rate. Training may take up to two weeks. Students may not receive full hours until the training period is complete. No job, or hours at a job, can be 100% guaranteed. Regardless of what your work contract states, there is always a possibility that you will work more or less hours. Participants should expect to have less hours during the first two weeks of training. Students will be required to work on peak business days, Friday, Saturday, and Sundays.
