As Housekeepers at Holiday Inn Express, participants will be assigned to perform housekeeping duties as assigned to ensure quality standards are met while delivering a guest experience that is unique and brings the Holiday Inn Express brand to life.

Participants will be expected to perform duties in a timely manner and use proper cleaning techniques which they will be trained on.

Participants will be required to use cleaning products (which contain cleaning chemicals) in this position. They will be trained how to use these products and are expected to use them correctly.

Participants must be able to work well with fellow team members as well as supervisory staff to ensure that guests’ expectations are met or exceeded.

Participants must be able to accept constructive feedback and coaching to improve their work performance. They will be required to attend training and educational offerings to improve their work performance.

Participants must possess excellent customer service skills to show guests that they are important and make them feel at ease by taking time to acknowledge them in a friendly way.

Participants will be expected to help in processing laundry, but assignments in laundry will make up no more than 15% of participants’ work hours each week.
