Housekeeping, Houseman: Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing. Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
Kitchen Utilities/F&B: Washes plate ware, glassware, silverware, pots/pans and kitchen utensils. Clean tables, stocking silver ware and keeping the whole kitchen and restaurant clean. Greets guests, escorts them to tables. Helping in preparing food in the kitchen.
Students to work at Housekeeping Department with some cross-training and working at the Kitchen as well. Students have to be prepared for high and low store operations and work as many as possible hours during high peak business and expect low hours during the slow weeks!
