Housing will be furnished and linens and kitchen supplies will be provided. Housing will include a dishwasher, stove and full size refrigerator/freezer – some with ice makers. Kitchen is stocked with cookware, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, toaster, microwave, and coffee pot. The bedrooms have all bed linens including mattress pads, a blanket and pillow, towels, wash cloths/hand towels. Bedrooms are shared and are dorm style; they will be furnished with twin or bunk beds.
The security deposit will be refunded provided you work the dates agreed to in your job offer, do not cause damage to the housing, and leave the housing in clean condition when you move out. Rent will be paid by payroll deduction and will deducted from your paycheck.

Average Hrs/Wk : 32 Hour
You will “average” 32 hours per week over the course of your program. Some weeks may be more and some may be less depending on business needs.
You will “Average” 32 hours a week over the course of your entire program.
You will work mostly day shifts. Some evening shifts may be possible.
It may not be possible to have a set schedule each week and friends traveling together may not be able to be given the same day off.
Working weekends and holidays is required.
Second Jobs
Second jobs are permitted. Employees must be available for every shift they are scheduled to work at Holiday Inn Express Oceanfront and their second job must not interfere with their work performance.
Participants are not permitted to start working at a second job without first obtaining approval from US Sponsor.
Dining Room Attendant/Busser
The Dining Room Attendant/Busser position assists the waitstaff in guest service. Bring water and beverages to the table, removing plates and silver when the guest is done, wipes down empty tables and prepares them for the next guest; generally follows the guidance of the server. You may also bring food from the kitchens to the dining areas to assist waitstaff in timely delivery of meals.
Housekeeping/Room Attendant
Housekeepers/ Room Attendants are responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public areas within the Hotel are clean and properly presented.
Essential Job Functions for Housekeeping/ Room Attendant include (but are not limited to):
- Clean the required number of rooms each shift based on hotel standard
- Make beds, change linens, clean toilets, bathtubs, mirrors, floors, and sinks
- Vacuum, clean, and dust guest rooms.
- Follow all required safety and standard operating procedures
- Follow all company and regulatory policies
- Report lost and found to Supervisor
- Ensure that rooms are cleaned to the hotel’s quality standards
- Maintain a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests, co-workers, and property employees
- All other duties as assigned
- Making beds
- Cleaning bathrooms
- Cleaning kitchens
- Dusting,
- Vacuuming,sweeping floors.
- Folding linens
- Removing dirty linens and towels from rooms
- Removing garbage from the rooms.
- Assisting with the laundry.
- You may also have to move couches and other furnishings to clean around them.
Housekeeping Aide
Housekeeping Aides are responsible for assisting the Housekeepers with removing dirty linens and trash from guest rooms and may be asked to assist in cleaning public spaces of the resort.
- Assisting Housekeepers
- Removing dirty linens and towels from rooms. Lifting laundry bags that may weigh between 30-50 pounds.
- Removing garbage from the rooms.
- Assisting with the laundry.
- You may also have to move couches and other furnishings to clean around them
