Job description:
- Greeting Customers
- Taking orders
- Answering phone
- Serving food & Drinks
- Processing payment
- Clean and set up tables and dining areas inside & outdoor patio dining , sweep floors, and wipe menus.
- Checking on customers: Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with customers throughout the meal and addressing any concerns.
- Communicating with kitchen staff :Note down customer orders and help kitchen staff process food orders and accommodate special requests .
Job requirement:
- Need to have good communication skills and be able to speak and write in English.
- Be able to handle customer feedback and complaints – Be able to work well with others.
