Guest Services

Position Description:  You will be working as a Guest Services representative and Housekeeper for a collection of vacation rentals. The rental homes are all located on the same street (Locust Lane) and have some shared amenities, such as a swimming pool. The property is more like a resort. You will be assisting guests as they check in to their rental, greeting guests, providing information about the property and amenities

Required Duties: 

•  Checking guests into rentals
• Making reservations
• Answering guest questions, general guest service

Housekeeping

Position Description: You will also assist with the cleaning of the rentals – general housekeeping duties, such as

•  Making beds
• Cleaning bathrooms
• Dusting
• Vacuuming, sweeping floors.
• Folding linens
• Removing dirty linens and towels from rentals

Required Duties:  

• Making beds
• Cleaning bathrooms
• Dusting
• Vacuuming, sweeping floors.
• Folding linens
• Removing dirty linens and towels from rooms
•  Removing garbage from the rooms.
• Assisting with the laundry.
