Job Descriptions

Janitorial : maintain our facilities so we can provide the best experience to
our customers. As part of the Janitorial Staff you will be working with the Maintenance Manager completing daily tasks assigned and any other task given throughout the day. Janitorial staff will interact with other team members and guests on daily basis.

Ride Attendant : A Ride Operator is responsible for providing each guest with a safe and fun ride experience. This is to be done in a polite and courteous manner. The Ride Operator will provide assistance to guests and answer their questions. Ride Operators will also be responsible for daily light maintenance and cleaning of attraction facilities.

Game Operator : An Arcade Attendant at Sprockets is a front-line position that often is the first staff person our guests encounter. It is essential the Attendant provide a warm, friendly and informative presence for our guests. The Arcade Attendant will be responsible for helping guests with their redemption card purchases, as well as aiding them with redeeming their earned points for prizes. Other responsibilities will be assisting guests as they prepare for, and participate in, our virtual reality rides. Finally, an Arcade Attendant will be responsible for daily maintenance and cleaning of
our facilities.
