• Responsible for receiving visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
• Maintains employee and department directories as a guide for directing visitors
• Offers beverage to guests where necessary
• Schedules meetings and travel for executives, as well as appointments for customers

Reservation attendant

• Your primary responsibility is to assist customers with their booking needs. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, making travel suggestions, and booking rooms and tickets. You will also be responsible for checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates.
