Position

Server ($2.13 per hour +tips): Taking orders for assigned tables, entering orders into the computer system, ensuring all needs are met during the guests’ stay, creation of checks/presentation/payment.

Busser/Food Runner ($9.00 per hour +tips): Sets the table for new guests, clears and cleans table once guests leave. Bringing food to tables for guests as plates are ready. Removing dirty dishes from the table, etc.

 Host ($9.00 per hour +tips): Greeting customers and seat them.

Kitchen Prep ($11 per hour): Chopping food ingredients, preparation of easy dishes, and the expedition of plates from the kitchen to appropriate tables.

Tips: Yes, up to an additional $5/hr.

Overtime: Slight (Could be up to 20 hrs or more weekly at time and a half)

Details for clothing: Students must bring shoes with covered toes and non-skid soles (like work or athletic shoes); modest black shirts (ex: polo shirt) and black pants.

Grooming: Clothing & personal grooming should reflect common sense & good taste; Provide a positive professional image to the general public and guests. No visible tattoos. Ear piercing only & no more than two piercings per ear. Good hygiene must be maintained, including daily showering, use of deodorant, and laundered clothes. Hair must be pulled back at all times and clean.
