Housekeeper : Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing. Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
Students to work at Housekeeping Department with some cross-training. Students have to be prepared for high and low store operations and work as many as possible hours during high peak business and expect low hours during the slow weeks!
Kitchen Staff : Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately. Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients. Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare salads and desserts. Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas.
