Job Description

Housekeeper : need to be ready to perform housekeeping job and to work at the laundry if needed.

Houseman : Cleaning, maintenance and other general work outside and inside the home in order to keep the home and property presentable and running smoothly. Specific duties and skills may vary depending on the size of the home and the level of experience of the Houseman.

Kitchen Utilities : helps ensure guest satisfaction and the success of the Kitchen department by performing dish washing, food preparation and cleaning duties.

F&B : Responsible for providing food and drink to guests. This can involve direct table service or it can involve topping up buffet selections with fresh food, serving guests in the buffet queue or working behind a bar mixing drinks.
