Job Description :

• Ensure all rooms meet resort standards for cleanliness and efficiency.
• Maintain and organize work carts and stations to enhance appearance and productivity.
• Replace used linens, towels, and necessary supplies with fresh items.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas following detailed housekeeping checklists.
• Perform tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, washing, trash disposal, dusting, polishing, and scrubbing as needed.
• Maintain uniforms and nametag in good condition.
• Assist with special projects as directed by the Supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with guests, supervisors, and team members.
• Stay updated on emergency procedures, current projects, security issues, and the location of emergency equipment.

Pool Grounds

Job Description :

• Monitor and record the temperature of multiple pools to ensure accuracy and comfort for guests.
• Clean and maintain the grounds around the pools, ensuring a tidy and well-kept environment at all times.
• Collect and dispose of trash around the pool areas to maintain a clean and pleasant atmosphere.
• Interact with guests who are soaking, answering questions, providing assistance, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Post and update manual signage reflecting pool temperatures for guest convenience.
• Perform light maintenance tasks, including painting, to keep the facility in top condition.
• Conduct regular inspections of pool areas to identify and address any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist with organizing poolside furniture and amenities to enhance guest comfort.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
