Remark
** It's recommended that all participants depart from the United States on or before the end date of their Form DS-2019 since in most cases, the end date coincides with the end of the summer vacation. If no earlier departure is indicated on the I-94 record and as long as the participants return home on time for the first day of classes, the participants can remain in the United States for up to 30 (thirty) days after the program end date (otherwise known as the grace period). The participants are not authorized to work during this period of time however they can enjoy travel opportunities.

Branson, Missouri

Greeter : Provide customer service to guest/owners and team members.
- Greet all Guest checking into the Hotel Lobby with an Energetic and Welcoming Smile
- Direct them to where they need to check in and able to answer any questions about the Resort
- Assist other sales departments as needed.
- VIP – assist guests with their luggage, getting to their rooms.
- Greets all guest as they arrive with an energetic and welcoming smile.
- Direct guest to where they need go, escort guest to their tables & provide beverage service.
- Assist guest with special needs/request (including children highchairs).
- Maintain clean and organized work area.
- Assist during owner meal activities with serving beverages, and bussing table.
- Computer data entry, filing, printing, distribution or paperwork/material around property.
- Able to assist guest by carrying their luggage.
- Work outdoors in the summer and in the pool areas.
- Able to work flexible AM and PM shifts.
- Assist in other departments/duties as assigned.
Cook : Prepares seasons, and cooks soups, meats, vegetables and other foodstuffs for consumption.
- Production/ cooking of salads, soups, sauces, meats etc… in compliance with applicable recipes and guidelines.
- Maintain proper sanitation practices as per state and company guidelines/ training.
- Responsible for proper rotation when using food items to complete tasks that are assigned.
- Comply with proper safety regulations and practices.
- Maintain sanitary workstation and surrounding areas.
- Maintains personal appearance and hygiene – clean uniform and hair restraint.
- Maintains a team atmosphere and courteous to all internal and external customers.
- Ensures first ticket in is first ticket out in a la carte production.
- Attends mandatory training/ information classes or meetings.
- Complete opening/ running/ closing duties as assigned.
- Performs all essential functions for a la carte production including sauces, rice, potatoes and follows procedures and recipes therein.
- Must attend and complete mandatory company/ State required training.
- While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand and use hands to finger, handle or feel. The team member frequently is required to walk, reach with hands, arms, talk or hear and taste or smell. The team member is occasionally required to sit, climb or bal- ance, stoop, kneel crouch or crawl. The team member must frequently lift and/ or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/ or move more than 50 pounds.
F&B Support Staff : Serves meals and beverages to patrons in dining establishment by performing the following duties:
- Bussing table. Host/ Hostess. Cleaning tables/ chairs. Dishwashing. Rolling Silverware.
- Assist with presenting menu, answering questions, and suggestions regarding food and service.
- Assist servers with presenting menu, answering questions, inputs orders via computerized POS system.
- Food Runner: Take food orders to tables.
- Observes diners drinks and refill as needed.
- Completes all assigned side works and special projects
- Totals bill and accepts payment or refers patron to Cashier.
- Able to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
- The employee frequently is required to taste or smell.
- The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- The employee must regularly lift and/ or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/ or move up to 50 pounds.
- Able to carry heavy trays to table with Food and Beverage items.
- Other duties as assigned.
Housekeeper : Housekeeper and Laundry duties by performing the following duties.
- Responsible for cleaning all assigned units.
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, living room, dining room, patio, deck or balcony.
- Replenish supplies and linens. Ensure proper use of all equipment and supplies issued.
- Ensure all inventory is in and villa is cleaned properly.
- Communicate with supervisors and/ or resort services to request needed supplies.
- Make all cribs and sofa beds when servicing units. Properly use, secure and return the key on a daily basis.
- Other duties as assigned by management within Housekeeping Department or other departments as needed.
