Job Description

Kitchen Crew will rotate in through different stations in the Drafts kitchen based on skill level and business needs.

Job duties include the following:

  • Operate the fryer and/or grill
  • Chop and prepare vegetables
  • Make milkshakes following recipes
  • Maintain a sanitary workstation and surrounding areas
  • Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
  • Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand
  • Scrape food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or place them in racks or on conveyor for the dishwashing machine
  • Other duties as assigned
  • The use of cleaning chemicals is required in this role.

Bell/Door Staff : Open car doors for arriving and departing guests and escort them to the lobby Ensure front driveway is clean and without litter
Give clear and concise directions to guests Assist with guest luggage and transporting luggage to rooms. This includes lifting of heavy luggage required, typically around 50 to 75 pounds. Other duties may be assigned
Shifts may vary between the morning and evening.

Housekeeper : Housekeeper participants perform a combination of cleaning duties to maintain guest rooms and/or public hallway areas in a clean and orderly manner. Guest rooms may include: bedrooms, toilet/shower area, kitchen, living area, fireplace, and deck/porch.

  • Removing and collecting linens for laundering and transporting them to designated areas.
  • Cleaning rugs, carpets and upholstered furniture using vacuum cleaner.
  • Dusting furniture and equipment.
  • Emptying wastebaskets and cleaning them inside and out.
  • Cleaning tiled floors with the use of brooms and mops.
  • Using chemical-based products to clean tubs, sinks, countertops, mirrors, toilets, door panels and shower curtains.
  • Replenishing trash bags, soaps, bathroom items, and other supplies.
  • Transporting all trash and waste to disposal areas, as instructed.
  • Removing items from refrigerator, stove and microwave.
  • Cleaning refrigerator, stove, microwave and any additional appliances inside and out.
  • Loading and unloading dishes from dishwasher, drying dishes, and putting them away in proper places.
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service. Respond to and take appropriate action to resolve concerns and complaints of guests.
  • Keep supervisor /manager informed of situations relating to facility operation, patron complaints or concerns, accidents, emergency situations, damages and potential safety hazards.
  • Attend departmental and team meetings as well as participate in all additional training courses.
  • Perform all duties in a safe manner.
  • Participants may be asked to move to different locations or job assignments within the property, as needed.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Spa Attendant

  • Servicing Spa Lounges: serving tea, water, assisting guests as needed
  • Prepping/Servicing Private Lounges: preparing the private lounge for guests who book spapackages, assisting with guests as needed
  • Picking-up Lunch from the Food & Beverage department and setting it up for Guests who purchase the service as part of a Spa Package
  • Responsible for opening and closing the spa (prepping waters, turning on/off lights, lighting candles, and setting diffusers).
  • Running the laundry. Folding and putting away spa linens. Laundry duties will not exceed 15% of each shift.
  • Restocking spa amenities
  • Tidying locker rooms and loungers
  • Assisting guests in public areas with questions and concerns
  • Other duties as assigned
