อคาเดมิค เอ็กซ์เช้นจ์ คอร์ปอเรชั่น (Academic Exchange Corporation / “Acadex Thailand”, “เรา”) ให้ความสำคัญกับความเป็นส่วนตัวและการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของลูกค้า ผู้สมัคร ผู้ใช้งานเว็บไซต์ และผู้ใช้งานระบบออนไลน์ของเรา
นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับนี้อธิบายวิธีการที่เราเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย โอน จัดเก็บ และคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล รวมถึงข้อมูลที่ได้รับจากบริการของบุคคลภายนอก เช่น Google Login ตลอดจนสิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประกาศเกี่ยวกับ Google Sign-In
Acadex Thailand ใช้ Sign in with Google เพื่อการลงทะเบียน การยืนยันตัวตน และการเข้าสู่ระบบ Acadex Thailand Online Application
เราใช้เฉพาะข้อมูลพื้นฐานจากบัญชี Google ที่จำเป็นต่อการยืนยันตัวตนและระบุบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน โดยใช้สิทธิ openid, userinfo.email และ userinfo.profile
รายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลที่เราได้รับจาก Google วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ การจัดเก็บ การรักษาความปลอดภัย การเปิดเผย การเก็บรักษา และการลบข้อมูล อธิบายไว้ในหัวข้อ 4. ข้อมูลผู้ใช้ที่ได้รับจาก Google (Google User Data)
1. การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
เราอาจเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่คุณให้แก่เราโดยตรงผ่านช่องทางต่าง ๆ เช่น:
- การสมัครสมาชิกหรือสร้างบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน
- การสมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการหรือบริการของ Acadex Thailand
- เว็บไซต์และระบบออนไลน์ของ Acadex Thailand
- โทรศัพท์
- อีเมล
- แบบฟอร์มออนไลน์
- Facebook Login
- Google Login
- LINE Login
- Twitter/X Login
- LinkedIn Login
- การติดต่อกับเจ้าหน้าที่ของเรา
เราอาจได้รับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจากแหล่งอื่นที่ชอบด้วยกฎหมาย เช่น ผู้ให้บริการยืนยันตัวตน ผู้ให้บริการโซเชียลมีเดีย พันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ หน่วยงานราชการ หรือบุคคลภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการให้บริการแก่คุณ
2. ประเภทข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม
ข้อมูลที่เราอาจเก็บรวบรวมขึ้นอยู่กับบริการหรือโครงการที่คุณใช้ และอาจประกอบด้วย:
2.1 ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลทั่วไป
เช่น ชื่อ นามสกุล อายุ วันเดือนปีเกิด เพศ สัญชาติ เลขประจำตัวประชาชน และหมายเลขหนังสือเดินทาง
2.2 ข้อมูลการติดต่อ
เช่น ที่อยู่ หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ และอีเมล
2.3 ข้อมูลบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน
เช่น ชื่อบัญชีผู้ใช้ รหัสประจำตัวผู้ใช้ ข้อมูลบัญชี ประวัติการเข้าสู่ระบบ และประวัติการใช้งาน
2.4 หลักฐานแสดงตัวตน
เช่น สำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน สำเนาหนังสือเดินทาง และเอกสารประกอบการสมัคร
2.5 ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการสมัครและการใช้บริการ
เช่น โครงการที่สมัคร สถานะการสมัคร เอกสารประกอบการสมัคร ประวัติการติดต่อ และข้อมูลที่จำเป็นต่อการดำเนินโครงการหรือให้บริการ
2.6 ข้อมูลธุรกรรมและการเงิน
เช่น ประวัติการชำระเงิน ข้อมูลธุรกรรม บัญชีธนาคาร หรือข้อมูลอื่นที่จำเป็นสำหรับการรับหรือชำระเงิน
ในกรณีที่มีการชำระเงินผ่านผู้ให้บริการรับชำระเงินภายนอก ข้อมูลบัตรเครดิตหรือข้อมูลการชำระเงินบางประเภทอาจถูกประมวลผลโดยผู้ให้บริการดังกล่าวโดยตรงตามนโยบายและมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยของผู้ให้บริการนั้น
2.7 ข้อมูลทางเทคนิค
เช่น IP Address, Cookie ID, ประเภทอุปกรณ์, Browser, Operating System, Activity Log, Login Log และข้อมูลการใช้งานเว็บไซต์หรือระบบ
2.8 รูปภาพและสื่อ
เช่น รูปถ่าย วิดีโอ เอกสาร และไฟล์ที่คุณส่งให้เรา
3. ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่มีความอ่อนไหว
ในกรณีที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการหรือการดำเนินโครงการ เราอาจจำเป็นต้องเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่มีความอ่อนไหว เช่น:
- เชื้อชาติหรือเผ่าพันธุ์
- ศาสนาหรือความเชื่อ
- ประวัติอาชญากรรม
- ข้อมูลสุขภาพ
- ความพิการ
- ข้อมูลชีวภาพ เช่น ข้อมูลที่ใช้สำหรับการยืนยันตัวตนด้วยใบหน้า
- ข้อมูลอื่นที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้เป็นข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่มีความอ่อนไหว
เราจะเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลดังกล่าวเมื่อได้รับความยินยอมโดยชัดแจ้งจากคุณ หรือเมื่อมีกฎหมายอนุญาตหรือกำหนดให้สามารถดำเนินการได้
4. ข้อมูลผู้ใช้ที่ได้รับจาก Google (Google User Data)
Acadex Thailand ให้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถลงทะเบียนหรือเข้าสู่ระบบ Acadex Thailand Online Application โดยใช้บัญชี Google ผ่าน Google OAuth หรือ “Sign in with Google”
4.1 ข้อมูลที่เราเข้าถึงและได้รับจาก Google
เมื่อคุณเลือก Sign in with Google เราจะได้รับข้อมูลพื้นฐานจากบัญชี Google ตามสิทธิที่คุณอนุญาต ได้แก่:
- ชื่อและนามสกุล
- ที่อยู่อีเมล
- รูปโปรไฟล์
- รหัสระบุบัญชี Google (Google Account Identifier)
Acadex Thailand ขอใช้เฉพาะ Google OAuth scopes ดังต่อไปนี้:
openiduserinfo.emailuserinfo.profile
เราไม่ขอสิทธิ์เข้าถึง Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, ไฟล์ใน Google Account หรือบริการอื่นของ Google
Acadex Thailand ไม่ได้รับและไม่สามารถเข้าถึงรหัสผ่าน Google Account ของคุณ
4.2 วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ Google User Data
เราใช้ข้อมูลที่ได้รับจาก Google เฉพาะเพื่อ:
- ยืนยันตัวตนของผู้ใช้งาน
- สร้างบัญชี Acadex Thailand หรือเชื่อมโยงกับบัญชีที่มีอยู่
- ให้ผู้ใช้งานเข้าสู่ระบบ Acadex Thailand Online Application
- ระบุบัญชี Acadex Thailand ที่เชื่อมโยงกับ Google Account
- แสดงข้อมูลบัญชีพื้นฐาน เช่น ชื่อ อีเมล และรูปโปรไฟล์
- ให้บริการและฟังก์ชันที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบัญชีผู้ใช้งานและการสมัครโครงการ
- รักษาความปลอดภัยของบัญชี
- ป้องกันการเข้าถึง การฉ้อโกง หรือการใช้งานระบบโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
Google User Data ที่ได้รับผ่าน Google OAuth จะไม่ถูกใช้เพื่อการโฆษณาแบบเจาะจงกลุ่มเป้าหมาย การสร้างโปรไฟล์เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ด้านการตลาด หรือการขายข้อมูลให้แก่บุคคลภายนอก
4.3 การจัดเก็บ Google User Data
ข้อมูลพื้นฐานจาก Google ที่จำเป็นสำหรับบัญชี Acadex Thailand อาจถูกจัดเก็บในฐานข้อมูลและระบบของ Acadex Thailand เพื่อให้บริการบัญชีผู้ใช้งานและระบบสมัครออนไลน์
เราเก็บข้อมูลดังกล่าวเฉพาะเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่อธิบายไว้ในนโยบายฉบับนี้
4.4 การรักษาความปลอดภัยของ Google User Data
Acadex Thailand ใช้มาตรการด้านเทคนิค การบริหารจัดการ และการควบคุมการเข้าถึงที่เหมาะสม เพื่อปกป้อง Google User Data จาก:
- การเข้าถึงโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
- การใช้โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
- การเปิดเผยโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
- การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
- การสูญหาย
- การทำลาย
- การนำข้อมูลไปใช้ในทางที่ไม่เหมาะสม
การเข้าถึงข้อมูลถูกจำกัดเฉพาะบุคลากรและผู้ให้บริการที่ได้รับอนุญาตและจำเป็นต้องใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อดำเนินงาน ดูแล หรือรักษาความปลอดภัยของระบบ
เราใช้การเชื่อมต่อ HTTPS/TLS เพื่อช่วยปกป้องข้อมูลที่ส่งระหว่างอุปกรณ์ของผู้ใช้งานและบริการออนไลน์ของ Acadex Thailand
4.5 การแบ่งปัน การโอน และการเปิดเผย Google User Data
Acadex Thailand ไม่ขาย Google User Data
เราไม่แบ่งปัน โอน หรือเปิดเผย Google User Data ให้แก่บุคคลภายนอกเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ด้านการโฆษณา การโฆษณาแบบเจาะจงกลุ่มเป้าหมาย การสร้างโปรไฟล์ทางการตลาด การเป็นนายหน้าข้อมูล หรือวัตถุประสงค์อื่นที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับการให้บริการ
Google User Data อาจถูกประมวลผลหรือเปิดเผยเฉพาะ:
- แก่ผู้ให้บริการที่ดำเนินงานในนามของเราและจำเป็นต่อการ Hosting, Cloud Infrastructure, การดำเนินงาน การบำรุงรักษา หรือการรักษาความปลอดภัยของ Acadex Thailand Online Application โดยผู้ให้บริการดังกล่าวต้องอยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดด้านการรักษาความลับและการคุ้มครองข้อมูลที่เหมาะสม หรือ
- เมื่อจำเป็นต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย คำสั่งศาล กระบวนการทางกฎหมาย หรือคำร้องขอจากหน่วยงานของรัฐที่มีอำนาจตามกฎหมาย
4.6 ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษา Google User Data
เราเก็บ Google User Data เฉพาะเท่าที่จำเป็นสำหรับ:
- การให้บริการ Acadex Thailand Online Application
- การบริหารบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน
- การดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับโครงการหรือบริการที่ผู้ใช้สมัคร
- การรักษาความปลอดภัยของระบบ
- การปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
เมื่อข้อมูลไม่มีความจำเป็นอีกต่อไป เราจะลบ ทำลาย หรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้ตามขั้นตอนการเก็บรักษาข้อมูลและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4.7 การถอนสิทธิ์ Google
ผู้ใช้งานสามารถถอนสิทธิ์ที่เคยอนุญาตให้ Acadex Thailand เข้าถึงข้อมูล Google Account ได้ผ่านการตั้งค่าความปลอดภัยของ Google Account
การถอนสิทธิ์ดังกล่าวจะป้องกันการเข้าถึงข้อมูลใหม่ผ่านสิทธิ์ที่ถูกถอนและอาจทำให้ไม่สามารถใช้ Sign in with Google เพื่อเข้าสู่ระบบได้
การถอนสิทธิ์ Google ไม่ได้ลบข้อมูลที่เคยจัดเก็บอยู่ในระบบ Acadex Thailand โดยอัตโนมัติ
4.8 การขอลบ Google User Data
หากคุณต้องการลบบัญชี Acadex Thailand หรือ Google User Data ที่จัดเก็บอยู่ในระบบของเรา คุณสามารถส่งคำขอได้ตามรายละเอียดในหัวข้อ 18. รายละเอียดการติดต่อ
เมื่อได้รับคำขอ เราจะดำเนินการตรวจสอบและลบ ทำลาย หรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้ตามความเหมาะสม ภายใต้กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องและข้อกำหนดในการเก็บรักษาข้อมูลที่จำเป็น
4.9 Google API Services User Data Policy
การใช้และการโอนข้อมูลที่ได้รับจาก Google APIs ของ Acadex Thailand จะเป็นไปตาม Google API Services User Data Policy รวมถึงข้อกำหนด Limited Use ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
5. ผู้เยาว์
บริการและโครงการบางประเภทของ Acadex Thailand อาจเกี่ยวข้องกับผู้เยาว์
หากเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเป็นผู้เยาว์ หรือเป็นบุคคลที่มีข้อจำกัดความสามารถตามกฎหมาย เราจะดำเนินการขอความยินยอมจากผู้ใช้อำนาจปกครอง ผู้ปกครอง หรือบุคคลที่มีอำนาจตามกฎหมาย ในกรณีที่กฎหมายกำหนด
หากเราพบว่ามีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลของผู้เยาว์โดยไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของกฎหมาย เราจะดำเนินการที่เหมาะสม รวมถึงการลบข้อมูลดังกล่าวเมื่อจำเป็น
6. วัตถุประสงค์ในการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
เราอาจเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเพื่อ:
- สร้างและบริหารบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน
- ยืนยันตัวตนของผู้ใช้งาน
- รับและดำเนินการสมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการ
- ให้บริการตามที่ผู้ใช้ร้องขอ
- ติดต่อและประสานงานกับผู้สมัครหรือลูกค้า
- ดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับเอกสารและขั้นตอนของโครงการ
- ประมวลผลธุรกรรมและการชำระเงิน
- ให้บริการหลังการขายหรือหลังการสมัคร
- ให้ความช่วยเหลือและตอบข้อสอบถาม
- ปรับปรุงสินค้า บริการ เว็บไซต์ และประสบการณ์การใช้งาน
- รักษาความปลอดภัยของเว็บไซต์ ระบบ และบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน
- ป้องกันและตรวจสอบการทุจริตหรือการใช้งานโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
- รวบรวมความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะ
- บริหารจัดการภายในองค์กร
- ดำเนินกิจกรรมทางการตลาดเมื่อได้รับอนุญาตหรือมีกฎหมายรองรับ
- ปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไข
- ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและข้อกำหนดของหน่วยงานราชการ
7. วิธีการจัดเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอาจถูกจัดเก็บทั้งในรูปแบบเอกสารและอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ผ่านระบบต่าง ๆ เช่น:
- เซิร์ฟเวอร์ของบริษัทในประเทศไทย
- เซิร์ฟเวอร์ของบริษัทในต่างประเทศ
- ผู้ให้บริการ Hosting หรือ Cloud ในประเทศไทย
- ผู้ให้บริการ Hosting หรือ Cloud ในต่างประเทศ
- ระบบของผู้ให้บริการที่จำเป็นต่อการดำเนินงานและให้บริการ
8. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเท่าที่จำเป็นแก่บุคคลหรือองค์กรดังต่อไปนี้:
8.1 ภายในองค์กร
บุคลากรหรือหน่วยงานภายใน Acadex Thailand ที่จำเป็นต้องใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อดำเนินการและให้บริการแก่คุณ
8.2 ผู้ให้บริการ
เช่น ผู้ให้บริการ Hosting, Cloud, ระบบไอที, ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย, การรับชำระเงิน, การสื่อสาร หรือผู้ให้บริการอื่นที่จำเป็นต่อการดำเนินงาน
8.3 พันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ
เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลที่จำเป็นแก่พันธมิตรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริการหรือโครงการที่คุณสมัคร เพื่อดำเนินการ ประสานงาน หรือให้บริการแก่คุณ
8.4 การโอนหรือปรับโครงสร้างธุรกิจ
ในกรณีการควบรวมกิจการ การปรับโครงสร้างองค์กร การขายกิจการ หรือการโอนสินทรัพย์ ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอาจเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการโอนดังกล่าว โดยผู้รับโอนจะต้องปฏิบัติต่อข้อมูลตามกฎหมายและมาตรการคุ้มครองข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง
8.5 การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย
เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลแก่ศาล หน่วยงานราชการ หน่วยงานกำกับดูแล หรือบุคคลอื่น เมื่อกฎหมายกำหนดหรืออนุญาต
9. การโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลไปต่างประเทศ
เนื่องจากบริการบางประเภทอาจใช้ผู้ให้บริการหรือระบบที่ตั้งอยู่ต่างประเทศ เราอาจจำเป็นต้องส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลไปยังต่างประเทศ
เราจะดำเนินการตามมาตรการที่เหมาะสมและข้อกำหนดของกฎหมาย เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลได้รับการคุ้มครองอย่างเหมาะสม
10. ระยะเวลาการจัดเก็บข้อมูล
เราจะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเฉพาะเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่ระบุไว้ในนโยบายฉบับนี้ ตลอดระยะเวลาที่คุณเป็นลูกค้า ผู้สมัคร ผู้ใช้งาน หรือมีความสัมพันธ์กับเรา
เราอาจเก็บรักษาข้อมูลต่อไปหลังจากความสัมพันธ์ดังกล่าวสิ้นสุดลง หากจำเป็นต่อการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย การบัญชี ภาษี การดำเนินคดี หรือการปกป้องสิทธิอันชอบด้วยกฎหมาย
เมื่อหมดความจำเป็น เราจะลบ ทำลาย หรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้ตามความเหมาะสม
11. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
ภายใต้กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง คุณอาจมีสิทธิ:
- ถอนความยินยอม (Right to Withdraw Consent)
- ขอเข้าถึงข้อมูล (Right of Access)
- ขอรับหรือโอนข้อมูล (Right to Data Portability)
- คัดค้านการประมวลผล (Right to Object)
- ขอให้ลบหรือทำลายข้อมูล (Right to Erasure)
- ขอให้ระงับการใช้ข้อมูล (Right to Restriction of Processing)
- ขอแก้ไขข้อมูลให้ถูกต้อง (Right to Rectification)
- ร้องเรียนต่อหน่วยงานที่มีอำนาจ (Right to Lodge a Complaint)
คุณสามารถใช้สิทธิโดยติดต่อเราตามรายละเอียดในหัวข้อ 18. รายละเอียดการติดต่อ
เราจะดำเนินการและแจ้งผลภายในระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด โดยทั่วไปภายใน 30 วันนับแต่ได้รับคำขอที่สมบูรณ์ เว้นแต่มีเหตุที่กฎหมายอนุญาตให้ดำเนินการเป็นอย่างอื่น
12. การโฆษณาและการตลาด
เราอาจใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเพื่อวิเคราะห์ ปรับปรุงบริการ และดำเนินกิจกรรมทางการตลาดตามที่กฎหมายอนุญาต
เว็บไซต์อาจใช้บริการหรือเทคโนโลยีจากบุคคลภายนอก เช่น Google, Meta/Facebook และบริการวิเคราะห์หรือโฆษณาอื่น ๆ
Google User Data ที่ได้รับผ่าน Google OAuth เพื่อการยืนยันตัวตนและเข้าสู่ระบบจะไม่ถูกนำไปใช้สำหรับการโฆษณาแบบเจาะจงกลุ่มเป้าหมาย
เราอาจส่งข่าวสาร โปรโมชั่น หรือข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบริการผ่านอีเมลหรือช่องทางอื่นตามที่กฎหมายอนุญาต คุณสามารถยกเลิกการรับข่าวสารทางการตลาดได้ตามช่องทางที่ระบุในข้อความหรือติดต่อเราโดยตรง
13. Cookies และเทคโนโลยีที่คล้ายกัน
เว็บไซต์ของเราอาจใช้ Cookies และเทคโนโลยีที่คล้ายกันเพื่อ:
- ให้เว็บไซต์ทำงานอย่างถูกต้อง
- จดจำการตั้งค่าของผู้ใช้
- รักษาความปลอดภัย
- วิเคราะห์การใช้งานเว็บไซต์
- ปรับปรุงประสบการณ์การใช้งาน
- สนับสนุนการวิเคราะห์และการตลาดตามที่กฎหมายอนุญาต
คุณสามารถตั้งค่า Browser เพื่อควบคุมหรือปฏิเสธ Cookies ได้ อย่างไรก็ตาม การปิด Cookies บางประเภทอาจทำให้บางฟังก์ชันของเว็บไซต์ไม่สามารถทำงานได้อย่างสมบูรณ์
14. การรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของข้อมูล
เราใช้มาตรการด้านการบริหารจัดการ ด้านเทคนิค ด้านองค์กร และด้านกายภาพที่เหมาะสมเพื่อคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล โดยคำนึงถึงหลัก:
- Confidentiality — การรักษาความลับ
- Integrity — ความถูกต้องครบถ้วน
- Availability — ความพร้อมใช้งาน

Academic Exchange Corporation (“Acadex Thailand”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy and personal data of our customers, applicants, website visitors, and users of our online services.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, access, use, disclose, transfer, store, and protect personal data, including information received through third-party services such as Google Login, and explains your rights under applicable personal data protection laws.
Google Sign-In Notice
Acadex Thailand uses Sign in with Google for account registration, authentication, and access to the Acadex Thailand Online Application.
We access only basic Google Account information necessary for authentication and account identification through the openid, userinfo.email, and userinfo.profile scopes.
Details regarding our access, use, storage, protection, sharing, transfer, retention, and deletion of Google user data are provided in Section 4 – Google User Data below.

- Applications for Acadex Thailand programs or services
- Acadex Thailand websites and online systems

We may also receive personal data from lawful third-party sources, including identity providers, social media platforms, business partners, governmental authorities, and other parties involved in providing services to you.
2. Types of Personal Data We Collect
Depending on the services you use, we may collect:
2.1 Personal Information
Such as first name, last name, age, date of birth, gender, nationality, identification number, and passport information.
2.2 Contact Information
Such as postal address, telephone number, and email address.
2.3 Account Information
Such as username, user identifier, account details, login history, and activity history.
2.4 Identity Documentation
Such as copies of identification cards, passports, and application-related documents.
2.5 Application and Service Information
Such as programs applied for, application status, supporting documentation, communication history, and information required to provide the relevant program or service.
2.6 Transaction and Financial Information
Such as payment history, transaction information, bank account information, and other information required for receiving or processing payments.
Where payment processing is provided by a third-party payment provider, certain payment card or payment information may be processed directly by that provider according to its security standards and privacy policy.
2.7 Technical Information
Such as IP address, Cookie ID, device information, browser, operating system, Activity Logs, Login Logs, and website or system usage information.
2.8 Images and Media
Such as photographs, videos, documents, and files submitted to us.
3. Sensitive Personal Data
Where necessary for our services or programs, we may collect sensitive personal data, including:
- Racial or ethnic information
- Religious or philosophical beliefs
- Criminal records
- Health information
- Disability information
- Biometric information, such as facial data used for identity verification
- Other information classified as sensitive personal data under applicable law
We will collect, use, or disclose sensitive personal data only with explicit consent or where otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.
4. Google User Data
Acadex Thailand allows users to register or sign in to the Acadex Thailand Online Application using their Google Account through Google OAuth or “Sign in with Google.”
4.1 Google User Data We Access and Receive
When you choose Sign in with Google, Acadex Thailand receives the following basic information from your Google Account according to the permissions you authorize:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Profile picture
- Google Account identifier
Acadex Thailand requests only the following Google OAuth scopes:
openiduserinfo.emailuserinfo.profile
We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, files stored in your Google Account, or other Google services.
Acadex Thailand does not receive or have access to your Google Account password.
4.2 How We Use Google User Data
We use Google user data only to:
- Authenticate your identity;
- Create an Acadex Thailand account or associate your Google Account with an existing account;
- Allow you to sign in to the Acadex Thailand Online Application;
- Identify the Acadex Thailand account associated with your Google Account;
- Display basic account information such as your name, email address, and profile picture;
- Provide account and application-related functionality;
- Maintain account security; and
- Prevent unauthorized access, fraud, or misuse of our systems.
Google user data obtained through Google OAuth is not used for targeted advertising or marketing profiling and is not sold to third parties.
4.3 Storage of Google User Data
Basic Google Account information required for your Acadex Thailand account may be stored in Acadex Thailand’s application databases and systems for the purpose of providing user-account and online-application services.
We retain such information only as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
4.4 Protection and Security of Google User Data
Acadex Thailand implements reasonable technical, administrative, organizational, and access-control measures designed to protect Google user data against:
- Unauthorized access
- Unauthorized use
- Unauthorized disclosure
- Unauthorized alteration
- Loss
- Destruction
- Misuse
Access to stored Google user data is restricted to authorized personnel and service providers where access is necessary to operate, maintain, or secure the Acadex Thailand Online Application.
We use HTTPS/TLS connections to help protect information transmitted between users’ devices and Acadex Thailand’s online services.
4.5 Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure of Google User Data
Acadex Thailand does not sell Google user data.
We do not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to third parties for advertising, targeted advertising, marketing profiling, data brokerage, or other unrelated purposes.
Google user data may be processed or disclosed only:
- To service providers acting on our behalf where necessary to host, operate, maintain, or secure the Acadex Thailand Online Application, including hosting, cloud infrastructure, security, and technical service providers, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations; or
- Where disclosure is required by applicable law, court order, legal process, or a valid request from a competent governmental authority.
4.6 Retention of Google User Data
We retain Google user data only for as long as necessary to:
- Provide the Acadex Thailand Online Application;
- Administer user accounts;
- Provide services associated with Acadex Thailand programs for which the user applies;
- Maintain the security of our services; and
- Comply with applicable legal requirements.
When Google user data is no longer required, we will delete, destroy, or anonymize it in accordance with our data-retention procedures and applicable law.
4.7 Revoking Google Access
Users may revoke authorization previously granted to Acadex Thailand through their Google Account security settings.
Revoking authorization prevents future access through the revoked authorization and may prevent the user from using Sign in with Google to access their Acadex Thailand account.
Revoking Google authorization does not automatically delete information previously stored in Acadex Thailand’s systems.
4.8 Requesting Deletion of Google User Data
Users may request deletion of their Acadex Thailand account and Google user data stored in our systems by contacting Acadex Thailand using the contact information provided in Section 18 – Contact Information.
Upon receiving a valid request, we will review the request and delete, destroy, or anonymize the relevant information as appropriate, subject to applicable law and any legal data-retention requirements.
4.9 Google API Services User Data Policy
Acadex Thailand’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, where applicable.
5. Children
Certain Acadex Thailand services or programs may involve minors.
Where a user is a minor or otherwise has limited legal capacity, we will obtain consent from a parent, legal guardian, or other legally authorized person where required by applicable law.
If we become aware that personal data of a minor has been collected without meeting applicable legal requirements, we will take appropriate action, including deleting the information where required.

We may collect, use, or disclose personal data to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Authenticate users
- Receive and process program applications

We may disclose information necessary to business partners involved in the program or service for which you register in order to provide, coordinate, or administer the relevant services.

8.5 Legal Requirements
We may disclose personal data to courts, governmental authorities, regulators, or other parties where required or permitted by applicable law.

Some of our service providers and systems may be located outside Thailand.

Google user data obtained through Google OAuth for authentication is not used for targeted advertising.

Once you leave an Acadex Thailand website, the collection and processing of your information by those third-party websites or services will be governed by their respective privacy policies.
