JOB DESCRIPTION

• Take food orders, prepare food, complete transactions, make a change, and clean and stock work areas. Greet customers and work at the cash register
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
• Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils
• Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles. Take food and drink orders and receive payment from customers
• Prepare and serve beverages such as coffee and fountain drinks
• Cook the exact number of items ordered by each customer, working on several different orders simultaneously
• Clean, stock, and restock workstations and display cases
• Students should be flexible and should be prepared to work in a variety of positions. However, upon arrival the employer will assign you to a certain position/role and no changes will be permitted thereafter.
