Restaurant Attendant 

A Restaurant Attendant (also known as a Restaurant Server, Waitstaff, or Front-of-House Attendant) plays a crucial role in ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. Their main duties and responsibilities typically include:

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Answer questions about the menu or make recommendations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally

Room Attendant

A Room Attendant (also known as Housekeeping Attendant or Hotel Room Cleaner) is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public areas in a hotel or resort are clean, orderly, and comfortable. Here are the typical duties and responsibilities:

  • Make beds and change linens
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
  • Ensure rooms are cleaned and set up according to hotel standards
  • Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a tidy condition
  • Practice personal hygiene and wear protective gear
