Position Description

• Kitchen Worker : Learn the menu, learn to prep, follow the kitchen manager directions, help the cooks to execute dishes, prep day time and evening, may also be combined with dish position. Team player, eager to learn, positive attitude. (Level of English required: Advanced)
• Busser : Prep your work area. Help the wait staff. Water, clean, reset tables, carrying 25 lbs bus pans & glass racks, washing glasses & removing trash, fold napkins & setup glasses. May be combined with food running & dish. Keep your work area clean during and after your shift is done. Follow managers directions. Friendly personality. Hard worker, positive attitude, eager to learn. (Level of English required: Advanced)
• Hostess : Advanced English. Greet and seat guests, learn the floor chart, answer calls, take reservations, help the wait staff, clear & clean tables, light cleaning, check restrooms. (Level of English required: Advanced)
• Crew Members : Play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the workplace. This position involves a variety of responsibilities including food preparation, cashier duties, cleaning, and teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsible for assisting the front desk coordinator and the carryout department by answering the phone, taking reservations, assisting with togo orders and seating guests. While performing these tasks you are also responsible for maintaining the restrooms and menus and helping the bussers prepare new tables for service as needed. You are the face of the restaurant and require a professional appearance and an outgoing personality as well as an ability to communicate with customers both face to face and over the phone. You will also assist our full time Expo, servers and bartenders by running food and bussing tables and performing front of the house closing duties. These responsibilities requires you to lift heavy bus pans, trays and climb stairs. Some positions may be paid with $12+tips.
