Food Runner
The Food Runner is responsible for ensuring that food orders are delivered promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests. This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth communication between the kitchen (BOH) and dining area (FOH), ensuring that guests receive the correct dishes quickly and at the proper temperature.
