Company & Location:

  • Company: 135 acre Amusement Park featuring more than 40 thrill rides and many animal attractions.
  • Location: Located on the West Coast in the San Francisco Bay area. Approximately 58 miles SW of Sacramento & approximately 31 miles NE of San Francisco.
  • Weather: Warm during the day. Moderately cooler during the evenings. Temperatures typically range from 75-95◦ F.

Job Position:Ride Operators assist guests with safely enjoying our attractions and coasters. Responsible for safely loading guests into rides, cleaning ride seats, cars, lines, and infields. All positions require excellent customer service, proficient English speaking skills, working outside in all safe weather conditions, standing for the duration of your shift, and cleaning!

Employment Conditions:

  • Advanced English skills for interacting with customers, must pass Discovery & Department training upon arrival to be offered a job.
  • The first three weeks of employment will consist of a training period. During this time, hours may be reduced until you are immersed in your full-time schedule. Hours and schedule will vary each week – some weeks will be more than 32 hours, some will be less than 32 hours. You must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday), evenings, holidays, and weekdays.
  • Must understand seasonal industry, shifts may be shortened as needed due to guest attendance, weather, and other factors. This will be determined by your department & park management and impacts all employees alike.
  • Uniform/Grooming: Non-slip tennis shoes or work shoes.
