Kitchen

Responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations, including:

• Preparing ingredients such as cutting vegetables, meat, and other food items.
• Assisting cooks with food preparation and cooking.
• Preparing and assembling menu items according to restaurant standards.
• Keeping the kitchen, workstations, and equipment clean and organized.
• Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment when needed.
• Restocking ingredients and kitchen supplies.
• Following food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Performing other kitchen duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Servers

Help create a welcoming dining experience by preparing tables with attention to cleanliness and sanitation. Responsibilities include learning the menu and presenting it to the customers, assisting guests with food and beverage selections, taking orders, and providing helpful recommendations. Servers also check in with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and promptly address any concerns. Additional duties include presenting bills and processing payments. This role offers the opportunity to develop customer service skills, teamwork, and contribute to a positive guest experience. Other duties may be assigned by the manager as needed.
