Room Attendant

At Great Wolf, the Room Attendant responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Duties include making beds, changing linens, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, vacuuming and dusting, removing trash, replenishing guest supplies, and reporting maintenance issues. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and follow hotel cleanliness and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to Great Wolf Lodge standards.
• Make beds and change bed linens, blankets, and pillowcases.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, sinks, toilets, and other guest room areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and clean floors and surfaces.
• Remove trash and replace trash liners.
• Replenish towels, toiletries, and other guest room supplies.
• Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper presentation.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies.
• Work cooperatively with supervisors and other housekeeping team members.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests when necessary.

Restaurant Attendant

Responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to guests in the restaurant. Duties include greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, clearing and cleaning tables, restocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and assisting with general restaurant operations. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
