Job Description:

Kitchen Prep

The Kitchen Prep Position assists the Kitchen staff in Food Preparation and is responsible for set up and breakdown of assigned work station as well as sanitation of immediate work area; lift heavy pots and pans up to 20 lbs..

You will be expected to arrive to work on time, every day, and dressed in proper uniform.

Communicating professionally with co-workers and guests will be expected in all positions in the restaurant. In all positions you must have the ability and willingness to work on your feet for long periods of time and to think and act quickly.

• Performing duties which require bending & reaching
• Standing for up to 8+ hours.
• Cleaning is a priority to keep shop sanitary and nice

Dishwasher

• Washing dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using a dishwasher or by hand.
• Loading and unloading dishwashing machines efficiently.
• Sorting and storing clean dishes and kitchen equipment in their proper places.
