Position Description:

At Sweet Cups, you must be able to work under pressure, stand on your feet for long periods of time, be able to provide outstanding guest service. Must be able to work quickly and efficiently.

As a Team Member at Sweet Cups you will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, preparing cupcakes, working a cash register and cleaning and maintaining the equipment. This position requires an out-going, people person. You must feel okay talking to and greeting guests!

At Sweet Cups,when working as a cashier you’ll be required to take customer orders, collect payment and make correct change for the orders taken. Cleaning duties include cleaning the entry, bathrooms, and prep areas as well out outside the store.

We rely on teamwork, and clear communication, so it’s extremely important that you are able to work well with others.

You must arrive by the date agreed upon at the interview, and listed on your work offer, and are expected to work until the last day listed on your work offer.

You will be expected to arrive to work on time, every day, and dressed in proper uniform – Sweet Cups T-Shirt and shorts or pants.

Sweet Cups Ice Cream has high standards of cleanliness and guest service. You will be expected to make sure you perform your job responsibilities as taught in training and according to company standards.

Communicating professionally with co-workers and guests will be expected in all positions in the restaurant. In all positions you must have the ability and willingness to work on your feet for long periods of time and to think and act quickly.

All positions will be responsible for cleaning and other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

High standards of grooming and personal hygiene should be observed at all times while at work and on property. A neat and clean appearance is expected.

Skills Required:

Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills needed. You must be able to work on your feet for long periods of time. This position requires ability to work in a very fast paced environment. Advanced English and strong guest service skills preferred.
