Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in both kitchen and dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and proper sanitation of all kitchenware, utensils, and equipment in accordance with health and safety standards; operated dishwashing machines and ensured equipment functionality, monitored and restocked cleaning supplies and kitchen essentials,
and supported the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks when
required.
