Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Providing information about products and services, assisting, or advising guests on their purchases
• Processing sales transactions using a POS system. Handling sales in accurate manner which will include entering sales in a cash register, taking money, counting out correct change (coins/bills), giving change (coins/bills), to guests, and completing credit card transactions
• Handling customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Assisting with stocking, visual merchandising and display setup. Maintaining and cleaning allretail areas including stock room, display areas, floors, and cash register/check-out area
• Helping with stockroom organization and inventory management
• Cleaning and renting golf carts
• Clean store before shift ends
• Must be fluent in English and have customer service skills
• Wrapping items and/or placing items in a bag for guests
• Greeting all guests as they enter the store in a timely manner
• Suggesting other merchandise items to go with the guest’s original selection (up-sell)
• Advising guest on amenities outside of our retail location
• Performing other duties as assigned by management
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service. Respond to and take appropriate action to resolve concerns and complaints of guests
• Keep manager/supervisor informed of situations relating to facility operation, patron complaints or concerns, accidents, emergency situations, damages, and potential safety hazards
• Retail Sales/Shop Assistants serve as a representative of our company and must display
  courtesy, respect, tact, and discretion in all interactions with other employees, management, owners, guests, and members of the local community
• Perform all duties in a safe manner
