Front of House Support Staff play an essential role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and enjoyable dining experience for guests. Participants may work as Hosts, Food Runners, and Servers and should expect to rotate between these roles as needed based on daily business demands. This position is ideal for participants who enjoy customer interaction, teamwork, and working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with seating and managing guest flow
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Clear, clean, and reset tables between guests
• Refill water and assist with basic guest needs
• Answer basic questions about the menu and dining experience
• Support servers, hosts, and kitchen staff during busy periods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas
