Prep Cook: 

  • Prepare and portion ingredients for cooking.
  • Wash, peel, cut, and chop vegetables, meat, and other ingredients.
  • Follow recipes and food preparation procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and work areas.
  • Store and label ingredients properly.
