ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการฉบับนี้ (“ข้อกำหนด”) ใช้กับการเข้าใช้งานเว็บไซต์ ระบบออนไลน์ Student Portal และบริการต่าง ๆ ของ อคาเดมิค เอ็กซ์เช้นจ์ คอร์ปอเรชั่น (Academic Exchange Corporation / Acadex Thailand)
การเข้าใช้งานเว็บไซต์ การสร้างบัญชี การเข้าสู่ระบบ หรือการใช้บริการของ Acadex Thailand ถือว่าคุณรับทราบและตกลงที่จะปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้
1. เกี่ยวกับ Acadex Thailand
Academic Exchange Corporation หรือ Acadex Thailand ให้บริการและสนับสนุนโครงการด้านการศึกษาและการแลกเปลี่ยนระหว่างประเทศ รวมถึงโครงการ Work and Travel และบริการอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
เว็บไซต์และระบบออนไลน์ของ Acadex Thailand มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับโครงการ สร้างและจัดการบัญชี สมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการ ส่งข้อมูลและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง ติดตามข้อมูลหรือสถานะการสมัคร และใช้บริการอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการของ Acadex Thailand
2. การสร้างบัญชีและการใช้งานระบบ
บริการบางส่วนของ Acadex Thailand อาจกำหนดให้ผู้ใช้สร้างบัญชีหรือเข้าสู่ระบบก่อนใช้งาน
ผู้ใช้ตกลงที่จะ:
- ให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และเป็นปัจจุบัน
- ปรับปรุงข้อมูลเมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง
- รักษาความปลอดภัยของบัญชีและข้อมูลการเข้าสู่ระบบ
- ไม่อนุญาตให้บุคคลอื่นใช้บัญชีโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
- แจ้ง Acadex Thailand หากพบหรือสงสัยว่าบัญชีถูกเข้าถึงโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
ผู้ใช้เป็นผู้รับผิดชอบต่อกิจกรรมที่เกิดขึ้นภายใต้บัญชีของตนภายใต้ขอบเขตที่กฎหมายอนุญาต
3. การเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Google
Acadex Thailand อาจให้ผู้ใช้เข้าสู่ระบบผ่าน Google OAuth หรือ Sign in with Google เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการยืนยันตัวตนและเชื่อมโยงผู้ใช้กับบัญชี Acadex Thailand
เมื่อคุณเลือก Sign in with Google เราอาจได้รับข้อมูลพื้นฐานจากบัญชี Google ตามสิทธิที่คุณอนุญาต ได้แก่:
- ชื่อและนามสกุล
- ที่อยู่อีเมล
- รูปโปรไฟล์
- รหัสระบุบัญชี Google (Google Account Identifier)
Acadex Thailand ใช้สิทธิ Google OAuth ได้แก่ openid, userinfo.email และ userinfo.profile สำหรับการยืนยันตัวตนและข้อมูลบัญชีพื้นฐาน
เราไม่ได้ขอสิทธิ์เข้าถึง Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, ไฟล์ หรือข้อมูลอื่นภายในบริการ Google ของคุณ
Acadex Thailand ไม่ได้รับและไม่สามารถเข้าถึงรหัสผ่าน Google Account ของคุณ
การใช้ข้อมูลที่ได้รับจาก Google เป็นไปตาม นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว (Privacy Policy) ของ Acadex Thailand
4. การสมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการและบริการ
ผู้ใช้สามารถใช้เว็บไซต์หรือระบบของ Acadex Thailand เพื่อสมัครหรือดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับโครงการและบริการต่าง ๆ
ข้อมูล รายละเอียด คุณสมบัติ เงื่อนไข ค่าใช้จ่าย กำหนดเวลา และข้อกำหนดของแต่ละโครงการอาจแตกต่างกันไป ผู้สมัครควรตรวจสอบรายละเอียดของโครงการที่เกี่ยวข้องก่อนดำเนินการสมัครหรือชำระเงิน
การสร้างบัญชีหรือส่งใบสมัครไม่ได้หมายความว่าผู้สมัครจะได้รับการตอบรับเข้าร่วมโครงการโดยอัตโนมัติ การพิจารณาอาจขึ้นอยู่กับคุณสมบัติ เอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์ เงื่อนไขของโครงการ พันธมิตรหรือองค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้อง และข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมายหรือการตรวจคนเข้าเมืองที่เกี่ยวข้อง
5. ข้อมูลและเอกสารของผู้ใช้
ในการใช้บริการ ผู้ใช้อาจต้องส่งข้อมูลหรือเอกสาร เช่น:
- ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
- ข้อมูลการติดต่อ
- หนังสือเดินทางหรือเอกสารยืนยันตัวตน
- รูปถ่าย
- เอกสารการศึกษา
- เอกสารประกอบการสมัคร
- ข้อมูลหรือเอกสารอื่นที่จำเป็นต่อโครงการ
ผู้ใช้รับรองว่าข้อมูลและเอกสารที่ส่งให้ Acadex Thailand เป็นข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและผู้ใช้มีสิทธิในการส่งข้อมูลหรือเอกสารดังกล่าว
ห้ามส่งข้อมูลหรือเอกสารปลอม ดัดแปลง หรือข้อมูลที่ทำให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิดโดยเจตนา
6. การชำระเงิน
บริการหรือโครงการบางประเภทอาจมีค่าธรรมเนียมหรือค่าใช้จ่าย
รายละเอียดค่าบริการ วิธีการชำระเงิน กำหนดชำระ เงื่อนไขการคืนเงิน และเงื่อนไขทางการเงินอื่น ๆ ให้เป็นไปตามรายละเอียดของโครงการ ใบสมัคร ใบเสนอราคา ใบแจ้งหนี้ สัญญา หรือข้อตกลงที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริการนั้น
ในกรณีที่ใช้ผู้ให้บริการรับชำระเงินภายนอก การประมวลผลข้อมูลการชำระเงินบางส่วนอาจอยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดและนโยบายของผู้ให้บริการดังกล่าว
7. การใช้งานที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
ผู้ใช้ต้องไม่ใช้เว็บไซต์หรือระบบของ Acadex Thailand เพื่อ:
- กระทำการที่ผิดกฎหมาย
- ปลอมแปลงข้อมูลหรือตัวตน
- เข้าถึงบัญชีหรือข้อมูลของบุคคลอื่นโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
- พยายามหลีกเลี่ยงหรือทำลายมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัย
- ส่ง Malware, Virus หรือ Code ที่เป็นอันตราย
- รบกวนการทำงานของเว็บไซต์ เซิร์ฟเวอร์ หรือระบบ
- ใช้ระบบอัตโนมัติในลักษณะที่สร้างภาระหรือความเสียหายแก่ระบบ
- ใช้บริการเพื่อหลอกลวง ฉ้อโกง หรือสร้างความเสียหายแก่บุคคลอื่น
Acadex Thailand อาจจำกัดหรือระงับการเข้าถึงระบบหากพบการใช้งานที่ละเมิดข้อกำหนด กฎหมาย หรือก่อให้เกิดความเสี่ยงต่อความปลอดภัยของระบบหรือผู้ใช้อื่น
8. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
เนื้อหาบนเว็บไซต์และระบบของ Acadex Thailand เช่น ข้อความ รูปภาพ กราฟิก โลโก้ วิดีโอ การออกแบบ ซอฟต์แวร์ และเนื้อหาอื่น อาจเป็นทรัพย์สินของ Acadex Thailand หรือเจ้าของสิทธิที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ผู้ใช้ไม่ควรคัดลอก ดัดแปลง เผยแพร่ จำหน่าย หรือนำเนื้อหาไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต เว้นแต่กฎหมายอนุญาต
9. บริการและเว็บไซต์ของบุคคลภายนอก
เว็บไซต์หรือระบบของเราอาจเชื่อมต่อกับบริการของบุคคลภายนอก เช่น Google, ผู้ให้บริการ Social Login, ระบบชำระเงิน หรือเว็บไซต์ของพันธมิตร
บริการดังกล่าวอยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดและนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้ให้บริการแต่ละราย
Acadex Thailand ไม่ได้ควบคุมการดำเนินงานของบริการภายนอกเหล่านั้น และการใช้งานบริการดังกล่าวของผู้ใช้จะอยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดของผู้ให้บริการที่เกี่ยวข้องด้วย
10. ความพร้อมใช้งานของระบบ
เราพยายามดูแลเว็บไซต์และระบบให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างเหมาะสม อย่างไรก็ตาม บริการอาจหยุดชั่วคราวเนื่องจากการบำรุงรักษา การปรับปรุงระบบ ปัญหาทางเทคนิค เหตุขัดข้องของผู้ให้บริการภายนอก หรือเหตุอื่นที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของเรา

นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวอธิบายรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับประเภทข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ข้อมูล การแบ่งปันและจัดเก็บข้อมูล ข้อมูลที่ได้รับผ่าน Google OAuth ตลอดจนสิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

12. การระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชี
Acadex Thailand อาจจำกัด ระงับ หรือยกเลิกการเข้าถึงบัญชีหรือบริการในกรณีที่มีเหตุอันสมควร เช่น:
- การละเมิดข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้
- การใช้ข้อมูลหรือเอกสารที่เป็นเท็จ
- การใช้งานระบบโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
- การกระทำที่อาจสร้างความเสียหายต่อระบบ บุคคลอื่น หรือ Acadex Thailand
- กรณีที่กฎหมายหรือหน่วยงานที่มีอำนาจกำหนด
ผู้ใช้สามารถติดต่อเราเกี่ยวกับการยกเลิกบัญชีหรือการลบข้อมูลได้ตามรายละเอียดการติดต่อด้านล่าง
13. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
Acadex Thailand จะใช้ความระมัดระวังตามสมควรในการให้บริการและดูแลข้อมูลที่เผยแพร่ผ่านเว็บไซต์และระบบ
อย่างไรก็ตาม ผลลัพธ์ของการสมัครโครงการบางประเภทอาจขึ้นอยู่กับบุคคลหรือองค์กรภายนอก เช่น สถานศึกษา นายจ้าง ผู้สนับสนุนโครงการ สถานทูต หน่วยงานตรวจคนเข้าเมือง หน่วยงานของรัฐ หรือพันธมิตรอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น Acadex Thailand ไม่สามารถรับประกันผลการพิจารณาหรือการอนุมัติที่อยู่ภายใต้อำนาจการตัดสินใจของบุคคลหรือองค์กรภายนอกดังกล่าว
ไม่มีข้อความใดในข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อตัดหรือจำกัดสิทธิของผู้บริโภคหรือความรับผิดที่ไม่สามารถตัดหรือจำกัดได้ตามกฎหมาย
14. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด
เราอาจปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้เป็นครั้งคราวเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของบริการ ระบบ เทคโนโลยี หรือกฎหมาย
ข้อกำหนดฉบับล่าสุดจะเผยแพร่บนเว็บไซต์นี้พร้อมวันที่แก้ไขล่าสุด
การเปลี่ยนแปลงที่มีสาระสำคัญจะดำเนินการและแจ้งให้ผู้ใช้ทราบตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
15. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
ข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย โดยไม่กระทบต่อสิทธิที่ผู้ใช้ได้รับตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคหรือกฎหมายอื่นที่ใช้บังคับ

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the websites, online systems, Student Portal, and services provided by Academic Exchange Corporation (“Acadex Thailand”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing our website, creating an account, signing in, or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
1. About Acadex Thailand
Academic Exchange Corporation, or Acadex Thailand, provides services and support for international education and exchange programs, including Work and Travel programs and other related services.
Acadex Thailand’s websites and online systems allow users to obtain information about programs, create and manage accounts, submit applications and required information, upload supporting documents, access application-related information or status, and use other services related to Acadex Thailand programs.
2. Accounts and Use of Our Services
Certain services may require users to create an account or sign in.
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information;
- Keep their information updated;
- Maintain the security of their account and login credentials;
- Not allow unauthorized persons to use their account; and
- Notify Acadex Thailand if unauthorized access is discovered or suspected.
Users are responsible for activity occurring under their accounts to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Sign in with Google
Acadex Thailand may allow users to authenticate using Google OAuth or Sign in with Google.
When you choose to sign in with Google, we may receive basic information from your Google Account according to the permissions you authorize, including:
- Your first and last name;
- Email address;
- Profile picture; and
- Google Account identifier.
Acadex Thailand uses the openid, userinfo.email, and userinfo.profile permissions for authentication and basic account information.
We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, files, or other Google services.
Acadex Thailand does not receive or have access to your Google Account password.
Our handling of information received through Google is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Program Applications and Services
Users may use Acadex Thailand’s websites or systems to apply for or manage programs and services.
Eligibility requirements, fees, deadlines, procedures, and other conditions may vary by program. Applicants should review the applicable program information before applying or making payments.
Creating an account or submitting an application does not automatically guarantee acceptance into a program. Acceptance may depend on eligibility requirements, documentation, interviews, program conditions, participating organizations, and applicable legal or immigration requirements.
5. User Information and Documents
Users may be required to provide information or documents including personal information, contact information, passports or identity documents, photographs, educational records, application documents, and other information required for a program.
Users are responsible for ensuring that information and documents submitted are accurate and that they have the right to provide such information.
Users must not knowingly submit false, fraudulent, altered, or misleading information or documentation.

Fees, payment schedules, refund conditions, and other financial terms are governed by the applicable program information, application, quotation, invoice, contract, or other agreement relating to that service.

Acadex Thailand does not control the operation of those independent third-party services.

12. Account Suspension or Termination
Acadex Thailand may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an account or service where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

- Conduct that may harm the system, other users, or Acadex Thailand; or
- Requirements imposed by applicable law or competent authorities.

13. Limitation of Liability

However, the outcome of certain program applications may depend on independent third parties, including educational institutions, employers, program sponsors, embassies, immigration authorities, governmental authorities, or other participating organizations.
Except where otherwise required by law, Acadex Thailand cannot guarantee decisions or approvals that are under the authority of such independent third parties.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
