Job Description:

Cook

The Cook is responsible for preparing food in a fast and efficient manner according to the standards set for the menu items; maintain high food quality standards as well as reasonable speed of preparation of all menu items; set up and breakdown of assigned work
station as well as sanitation of immediate work area; lift heavy pots and pans up to 20 lbs; operating the fryer, and assisting in other areas of the restaurant as needed.

• Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table

Cashier

As a cashier, you will be responsible for taking all customer orders, so Advanced English is required. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Greet guests promptly and courteously, reviews specials and menu options
• Service of food and beverage to include order taking, delivery, and clearing of any food or beverage items
• Maintain service station, before, during and after shift to ensure proper set up and cleanliness.
• Takes both dine-in and take-out orders and inputs the order
• Confirm ready orders for accuracy, then runs them from kitchen to guest, as part of team service. Before departing from table, ensure guests are satisfied with their meal
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service, including drink refills, pre-bussing and removal of empty plates

Dishwasher

The Dishwasher is responsible for washing all forms of dishes/pans and keeping the kitchen and dish pit clean and organized. You will be responsible for keeping tables clear for customers.
You will also have other cleaning responsibilities including floors, counters, ovens, and other areas of the kitchen. You will be asked to take out trash, stock supplies and assist the other restaurant staff as needed.
This is a physically demanding job that requires someone who is motivated and willing to work hard. Please do not apply if you have allergies to cleaning chemicals including but not limited to soaps, detergents, bleaches, and disinfenctants.

• Uniform must be kept clean and neat.
• Pants must not be faded torn or have designs on them.
• If hair is longer than shoulder length employee must tie it back.
• Facial hair is acceptable but employee must look well groomed at all times.
