Job Description:

• Greeting customers and advising on the product range. – Assisting customers in their selection, explaining product features as size measure, quality. – Maintaining order:
  stocking merchandise, organizing, refill /replenish merchandise, price tags, and keeping display areas clean. – Inventory control and participation in stocktaking. – Ensuring safety and security of goods. – Handling promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
• Processing payments and issue receipts (cash, cards, mobile payments). – Handle the cash register: cash in/out, balancing, and record-keeping at the start and end of the shift. – Customer service at the checkout: greet customers, assist with payment. – Apply discounts, promotions, and loyalty programs; process returns and exchanges. – Pack goods and maintain order and safety in the workplace. – Resolve payment-related questions and operate the POS terminal; prevent theft.
