Job Description

Front of House (FOH)

The Front of House (FOH) team is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience through excellent service, professionalism, and hospitality. FOH staff are the face of the establishment — greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish.

Back of House (BOH)

The Back of House (BOH) team ensures that all food is prepared, cooked, and presented to the highest standards. BOH staff work behind the scenes to maintain kitchen operations, uphold food safety standards, and support the FOH team with timely and accurate food preparation.
