Prep Cook
Job description: Assist in daily kitchen tasks: making and breading foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner service, slicing meets, cheeses, veggies, washing dishes, preparing and putting the deliveries away, etc. All students need to perform daily cleaning duties. All duties assigned by the manager.
Dishwasher
Job description: Washes all soiled glassware, silverware, plates, food trays, cleans the floors and the walls, empties the trash. All duties assigned by the manager.
